Profile Attributes: Religious beliefs, sect, caste, mother tongue, and family background (used for compatibility matching).
User-Generated Content: Photos uploaded to your profile/gallery, "Happy Story" posts, testimonials, and user-generated text.
In-App Communication: Chat messages exchanged with other users within our secure message platform.
Device and Activity Data:
Device tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver push notifications.
In-app search queries and matching history.
Transaction History: Records of premium packages purchased (we do not collect or store credit card numbers; payment details are processed directly by our payment SDKs).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
App Functionality: To display your matrimonial profile to other members, process matchmaking requests, facilitate in-app chat, and allow you to search for matches.
Account Management: To setup, authenticate, and maintain your account profile.
Developer Communications: To send push notifications about chat messages, profile matches, package expiry, or updates.
Fraud Prevention & Security: To verify user identities, review reported profiles, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Transactions: To manage premium subscriptions and package features.
3. Information Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with trusted services to enable app features:
Firebase (Google): Used for secure account authentication, database management, and push notification delivery.
Social Logins (Facebook/Google): Used only if you choose to sign in using single sign-on credentials.
Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayPal, PhonePe): To process payments securely. These transactions are handled directly by their secure servers.
4. Data Security and Encryption
Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) HTTPS protocols.
Access Control: We restrict access to your personal data to administrators and employees who need it to verify profiles or assist users.
5. Your Choices and Data Deletion
Profile Visibility: You can manage who views your gallery images or block/ignore users from contacting you directly inside the app.
Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, you can delete your account from your dashboard settings or contact us directly at the email address below. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and messages are permanently purged from our active systems.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account, we will immediately terminate the account and purge their data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and sending an update notification in-app if necessary.
